CH Magna's "Surely" Rhea Zin Elle

Visit Legend's page. He is her son from her first litter and I am delighted to have this outstanding boy by Surely and Cash!

Surely is an outstanding representative of the breed and she has proven this fact time and again. Few dogs start out the way she has and we are VERY PROUD OF HER! We had intended to take her to Westminster Kennel Club February 2005 at Madison Square Gardens and indeed she is entered, but we have decided to put that off for another year and breed her to a very beautiful boy CH Momentumm Strategic Command SchH 1, AD (AKA Cash.)  We are VERY excited about this extraordinary breeding. After that, Sure will be in the ring for special events but she will definitely get her obedience titles and perhaps agility too. And like her mom, maybe she can win in the conformation ring and go right over to win in the obedience rings on the same day. Surely doesn't think of this stuff as work. She loves her play and when she is happy (which is nearly always,) her work is really good!

Sure is and always has been a strange duck. Her temperament is more like a cat than a dog and really does not resemble that of most Giants. She is quiet, and  takes her time before choosing to engage with humans (other than family)  as she just doesn't find much need for them. She is completely fulfilled with her world as it is, though she is very sweet and confident. She is also the most athletic dog I have ever know. She flies over six foot fences!

From the day she was born she has forever made efforts to do things "her way" and this was first clear when she kept finding the furthest, coldest corner of the whelping box. Her ideas about things may seem odd to us but she occasionally has a strong opinion about something. Like flying thru the windows popping out the screens instead of using the doors to enter and exit the house as the pups look on wide eyed in wonderment seeming to say... WOW! Surely can fly!

Surely was stunning as a little baby and I knew then she was special. She possessed that certain something that breeders just "know" and her name in part represents the super model Elle. Now, with this breeding we hope for more little super stars!  Stay tuned!
